I am an experienced Counsellor and I offer a confidential and calm environment in which you can feel comfortable and safe to be yourself. I use a person-centered approach, this approach is based on the belief that we are all individual experts on our true selves
It follows that each of us has the ability to live our life to our full potential. The beauty of this approach is that we can adjust the way it works to fit your needs. I work with adults and young people from the age of 16 years upwards.
Areas I will work with you in counselling include low self-confidence, anxiety addiction, abuse, depression, bereavement, parenting issues, relationship difficulties, childhood issues, work stress, miscarriage/termination, trauma.
I have a BA(Hons) in Person Centred Counselling and I am a member of the BACP and follow their code of ethics. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy. I am a full member of the National Counselling Society and registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office)
