Drama Therapy for Children and Young People

A warm welcome to the newest member of our team, Alexandra Orgando.  Ales is a Dramatherapist specialising in working with young people aged 10 - 17yrs.  As a Dramatherapist, Alex offers a unique therapy.  She is trained in Psychotherapy (a type of talking therapy) and alongside this, she is qualified to intentionally use creativity for psychological benefit; helping clients to understand and manage emotional and physical distress.  For more information about Alex and her work, please visit her page: https://www.theoldrectoryclinic.co.uk/therapies/mental-health/204-alexandra-ogando

Support for Anxiety

Anxiety doesn't always look the same for everyone.  It can manifest itself in various ways, such as racing thoughts, excessive worry, physical tension, irritability, or even panic attacks.  It's interesting to realise that its not just about feeling nervous; its about how that anxiety impacts your daily life.  If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, know that is is okay to see support.  We have an extensive team of mental health professions ready to help you and your loved ones.   For the full list of all of therapists, please click here: www.theoldrectoryclinic.co.uk/therapies/mental-health
